Zack has held many positions in construction from cleaning out houses as a kid, to working on a framing crew, being a project manager and finally working as CFO. In 2014 Zack created what is now Home Builders financial partners, Zack has worked as a CFO for numerous residential builders and has developed the system that we use today at HBFP. He takes great pride in the fact that the system that we use allows our Contractors to spend less time worrying about their business and more time doing what they enjoy most. Zack is a graduate of East Carolina University, husband to his lovely wife Lisa and father to their two girls Sam and Cooper. When Zack isn't helping contractors he's either on the golf course or out on the water or volunteering his time with kids in sports.

 I am the owner of Fisher Recycling, LLC and our decorative division, GlassEco Surfaces. We collect recycling from Charleston area restaurants and businesses and re-use the glass we collect in our countertops.  As the unofficial "designer" for GlassEco Surfaces, I can help you create your own design for your kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, fireplace or an outdoor kitchen!  We are also involved with commercial construction projects; restaurants, reception desks, hotels.  I love helping homeowners, builders, architects and interior designers on a residential and commercial level come up with their own creations to make their space completely unique!



 

I love calling HHI my home & enjoyed raising my 2 children here. Now I enjoy being an empty nester with my husband! When I am not helping clients, I spend time with family & friends, relax on the beach & run on the bike paths!

I'm never tired of watching a project evolve from ideas to an actual dream home!  This enthusiasm prompted me to start my own journey & Momentum Administrative Solutions was born. I am thrilled to provide administrative & support services for builders, general contractors, & homeowners. I am acquainted with the area, understand local regulations & have relationships with all necessary municipalities. My selections experience provides guidance, enhances the design process & keeps the project on time & in budget!
