Meet "First Lady", Pat Strimpfel, co-owner of Reclamation by Design and trailblazer for women in construction. Pat's 30+ years of experience in the local homebuilding community and builders' association is an inspiration to us all. In addition to working in the construction industry, Pat was the first and only (to date) female president of the HHA Home Builders' Association.
